Next, walk through the adjacent Prag Mahal, a grand 19th-century building designed in the Italian Gothic style. In the evening, you can visit the Swaminarayan Temple and take a leisurely walk through the Bhuj market, where you can explore local handicrafts, textiles, and embroidery work for which the Kutch region is renowned. Enjoy a traditional Kutchi dinner and spend the night in Bhuj.

En route, visit the craft villages of Bhirandiyara and Hodka, where you can witness local artisans creating exquisite embroidery, leatherwork, and mud mirror crafts known as "lippan art." You can also stop at Nirona village to see Rogan painting, an ancient Persian art practiced by only a handful of families in the world. As you approach the White Rann, visit the Kalo Dungar, or Black Hill, which offers panoramic views of the vast salt desert. Continue to the White Rann and reach the viewing area before sunset to witness the magical transformation of the white desert under the golden light. If you are traveling during the Rann Utsav months (typically November to February), you can also enjoy cultural performances, local food stalls, camel rides, and more. After soaking in the surreal landscape and taking memorable photographs, return to Bhuj by late evening and stay overnight.
