2Nights/3Days Varanasi Trip

Day 01 :
Arrival in Varanasi

Your journey begins with a pickup from Varanasi Airport/Railway Station upon your arrival,
ideally in the morning or early afternoon. You will be transferred to your hotel for check-in and
some time to freshen up. Once you're ready, begin your spiritual immersion in the sacred city
with a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most revered temples dedicated to Lord
Shiva. After darshan, you can take a leisurely walk through the bustling lanes of the old city,
exploring local bazaars filled with handicrafts, silk sarees, and street food. In the evening, head
to the Dashashwamedh Ghat to witness the world-famous Ganga Aarti. The experience is
mesmerizing, with the rhythmic chanting of mantras, music, bells, lamps, and incense offered to
the sacred river. After the aarti, enjoy a traditional vegetarian dinner at a local restaurant before
heading back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 02 :
Sunrise Boat Ride, Temples, and Sarnath Excursion

Begin your day early with a pre-dawn boat ride on the Ganges. This experience offers a serene
and deeply spiritual glimpse of Varanasi as you float past the ghats and observe the rituals of
morning worship, cremation ceremonies, and the rising sun casting golden reflections over the
river. After the boat ride, return to the hotel for breakfast. Later in the morning, continue your
exploration of Varanasi by visiting important temples such as the Sankat Mochan Hanuman
Temple, Durga Temple (also known as Monkey Temple), and the Tulsi Manas Temple, which is
located near the Banaras Hindu University. In the afternoon, embark on a short excursion to
Sarnath, located about 10 km from the city. This is the place where Lord Buddha gave his first
sermon after attaining enlightenment. Explore the Dhamek Stupa, the Ashokan Pillar, and the
Sarnath Museum, which houses various Buddhist relics and sculptures. Return to Varanasi in the
evening and enjoy some local snacks or another walk by the ghats. Spend your second night at
the hotel.

Day 03 :
Local Exploration and Departure

On your final day in Varanasi, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and prepare for a few last-minute visits
or shopping, depending on your train timing. You may want to explore the Bharat Kala Bhavan
Museum located inside Banaras Hindu University, known for its collection of miniature
paintings and ancient manuscripts. Alternatively, take a peaceful walk along less crowded ghats
such as Assi Ghat or explore the southern part of the city for a quieter local experience. After
checking out from the hotel, you will be dropped at Varanasi Railway Station in time for your
onward train journey, carrying with you the timeless memories of your soulful trip to the
spiritual capital of India.
